Woofstock Day 3
So today was only class one but no puppy again got anything higher. At the end of reserve as I started to walk out the judge pulled be to the side. He just I had an exceptional puppy and once he gets put all together he should go very far. This would be the best thing a judge as said to me so far other then you have a nice puppy. The other funny thing would be that when he was on the table and the judge went to look at him he said he needed a bigger table. Thought that was funny. So will try to put up some pics later and hopefully tomorrow we can get the 2 points available.

ReplyDeleteJudges seldom go out of their way to talk with a non-winning exhibitor, so I'd say Mandy's correct -- find him on the AKC judge's directory and look for future assignments judging cardis.
ReplyDeleteInteresting. I just looked up the judge and he gave Ash a major reserve as a puppy in '07.
ReplyDeleteYour judge tomorrow is provisional for Cardis and when I clicked it doesn't show any past assignments. May not be brave enough to put a puppy up either.
Nice inputs from the judge! But then, we KNOW you have a nice little dog there. No worries, he does have time and will do well!

The judge who gave him a point on Thursday was also provisional with no past assignments.Only if the other dog would have showed up Cap could have gotten 2 points. We are also hopeful for tomorrow. We shoe at 8:45 and first in the ring. Cross your fingers for the 2 points.
