Ears Sorta Up
Well Captain's Right ear is up but his left wants to fold at times, okay most the time. So I am not sure if I just tape that ear if it will make the bend stronger. Any Comments would be appreciated. Not sure if I need to tape both ears or not. Captain has gotten his AKC registration accepted and will have his rabies shot this coming Friday the 20TH ans starts puppy class on Tuesday March 3rd. Will try to put up some pics later today

Molly had fold in the sides for a very long time, in fact they are still a little soft. I taped them on-and-off until July of last year (her birthday is in October, same as Captain's).
ReplyDeleteYou can tape just one ear if needed. I would try q-tip or something to strengthen it along the bend.
Yup, so Frodo is not the only ear-challenged sibling. He thinks ear taping is a game. Mom puts it on, he tears it off. Last night I thought I would just do a crappy job with the paper tape and moleskin--it's still on this morning! So I am planning on just re-taping every night.
ReplyDeleteFrodo got his registration with his mile-long name this week, too. I will start him in puppy school in the next class in six weeks. I think he needs a little more brain to work with!
